The organisation has recently undergone a rebrand and reflective of its growth, success and customer demand, this newly created leadership role will be pivotal in furthering customer reach, enhancing the real time customer journey and increasing customer retention as well as being the point of contact for any customer complaints, should they arise.

As this is a new post, you will be afforded the opportunity to make this role your own. You will work closely with the senior leadership team as the operational customer service strategy is implemented and enhanced to ensure that customers are being delighted at every touch point of the customer journey. 

To be considered for this role you MUST:

• Have a solid and demonstrable background in face-to-face customer service or a luxury brand's contact centre
• Have previous experience of working within high-end retail, concierge, luxury travel
• Have previous working experience for a subscription-based/membership-centred business
• Be confident and unfazed when engaging with high net worth individuals 
• Be a strong customer account manager
• Have the capability to demonstrate gravitas and deliver subject matter expertise
• Possess the ability work collaboratively with multiple business areas concurrently
• Possess excellent people leadership and communication skills
